2. Delivery and Drop off

1. Simply choose your menu, we will prepare all of your food at our kitchen and then deliver, on time and piping hot to your event site.

2. Our experienced staff will set-up everything for you for an additional fee.

Specializing in BBQ, Picnics, and Casual Events. We prepare everything in our custom built Southern Pride Smoker, which can hold up to 700 pounds of mouthwatering, tender barbecue, or choose from a wide array of pizzas and Bistro Menu items. We supply all of the disposable chafing dishes to keep your food warm, so there is no need to return a thing.

We pride ourselves on giving you all the information and pricing you need to plan your special event. With Wine Country Weddings, there is no hidden cost, no service charges or ANY OTHER unexpected costs.

Our Professional Staff and their attention to each and every detail are committed to making your day the ultimate dining experience for both you and your guests.

Our Catering Chefs will be pleased to create a custom menu for you as well.

Staffing:
In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, staffing guidelines are as follows:

• Bartenders: $25.00/ hour each

• Gratuity:
  18% gratuity will be added to your final bill.

We love to cater backyard weddings, family reunions, graduation parties, or any event that you are hosting at your home or any private event site. With our “State of the Art” mobile catering kitchens, our world class Southern Pride Smoker and Rotisseries, experienced and creative catering chefs, and an impeccable serving staff, we can bring all of the amenities of a private catering facility right to your location. Our mobile kitchen is also ideal as a tailgating vehicle or our way of bringing amazing food to the remotest locations, with the added bonus of an amazing sound system too. Add our 24 passenger historic trolly or 12 passenger Mercedes Limo Coach, and you can have the perfect transportation to keep your guests together having fun and being safe.

We bring everything to you. With our state of the art, fully equipped mobile kitchen we can assure you that all of your food is cooked fresh on site and is properly refrigerated. This service also includes our professional service staff, our best china, and a wide range of fabulous menu options. Our staff will handle all of the set-up, clean-up, and return everything back to our location so you do not have to lift a finger.

Corky's "Bar in a Box" Bar Delivery

As an added amenity we now offer complete bar service and delivery to enhance your catered celebration. Celebrate with less stress, save time, and spend less money. Your bar will be stocked with all of the product you specify. Wine specialists  are available to help you choose  a perfect pairing for your menu, and full service beverage assistance can help you create a theme for your event by choosing premiere products or signature drinks.
